The only reason I’m giving this establishment 4 stars is because of the wait time. We waited over 30 minutes for our appetizer, and the entrees themselves arrived almost an hour after we ordered our food. Luckily we already anticipated the wait. But nevertheless, it was a long wait. But I have to admit, everything we ordered was delicious. It’s not the best BBQ I’ve ever had, but it was very good. Definitely my top 5. Our server was good, but seemed she didn’t want to be there, took a while to get refill on drinks. But I also understand the place was packed. I recommend the place, plenty of parking, overall staff was very friendly. Atmosphere is good, prices can be steep. But overall good place for the family. Just be prepared to wait, and spend some good money.
Whether you’re planning to dine-in or take out, this is the best Lucille’s location! Beyond the amazing food, it’s the honest southern hospitality that makes me keep coming back! AGM Ernesto and Gustavo are a true example of great costumer service. See you soon, thank you!
My brother and I brought my mother here for a Mother’s Day lunch. This was my first time coming and I should’ve just gotten the ribs like they did but hey the chicken was good as well. They started us off with the Onion Straws then came the meals… I didn’t even taste my biscuit because somehow I dropped it on the floor. The service was top tier, what looked to be a hostess or something to that affect, noticed my brother and I were in a bad spot to watch the game so she accommodated us by seeing us with a better view . I need to come back by myself with about $150.
Went there for dinner with a friend today. I had to wait for him for 10 minutes and I couldn't help myself cause the smell of everything there was making me hungry so I ordered the burnt pork belly tips. They were so good that it was hard for me to stop eating them so I could leave half for him to try. Fortunately he came fast after I finished half, cause I text him with a picture and said if he didn't come soon, I couldn't promise I'd leave any of the appetizer for him . Having enjoyed that so much I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. And while it was really good, it couldn't compare with the appetizer I had, however my friend also gave me one of his baby back ribs because his plate was huge and he wouldn't be able to finish it alone and that was almost as good as the appetizer. I say almost, because that appetizer was amazing The water and diet soda I ordered came in large jugs and they also refilled the sugar right away. Our service was fast and fun to chat with. I also ordered the banana pudding before my stomach could tell my brain it was full. While also very good, I expected a little more it out that But the food was so good, I would definitely go back. I would say right away, if my stomach wasn't hurting from overdoing it earlier.
This is officially my new favorite Lucille's location. I hosted a retirement party at this location (roughly about 30-40 people) and from booking to leaving, everything was smooth, everyone was friendly and helpful. I could not remember all of the staff's names, but I wanted to acknowledge the manager Solana/Sunny. She was absolutely positive, kind and incredibly transparent; she explained how seating and separating the checks for our large party would go, answered any and all questions not just from me, but from everyone, and even helped with food recommendations/taking to go orders. I believe one of the waiters was named Pedro, and he was so patient and attentive, we were beyond grateful for everyone and everything. The food was flavorful and delicious! Especially the fried okra. This was a wonderful experience, and I'll come to this location every single time. Great food, great management, parking sucks, but everything else was fantastic!
Mario at Lucille’s was incredible! We came with our entire family, and he made sure everyone was accommodated perfectly. He patiently answered all questions and took care of every dietary restriction. Amazing service and absolutely delicious food—5/5!
This place never gets old. The ribs were very fatty. The baked beans weren't that great. The server was awesome and understands her assignment. Deon was very attentive, friendly, and funny. I will say the table I sat at was right up under the ac vent....not cool. It was already cool outside. Other than that, it was a great visit.
